Myofascial Decompression

Myofascial Decompression (MFD) is a manual therapy approach that uses the tools of cup therapy (negative pressure technology) with evidence-based movement science principles to improve fascial mobility and efficiency of motion. The manual treatment is combined with neuromuscular re-education to normalize movement patterns and return function.

Post-Concussion Rehabilitation

Post-concussion syndrome presents very differently for different people. Treatments are intended to decrease severity of symptoms, as well as to help restore function. Whether experiencing dizziness, light sensitivity, decreased tolerance for activity, or other symptoms, post-concussion treatment addresses each individual’s concerns.

Vestibular Rehabilitation

Dizziness can be caused by multiple things- from the most common cause: benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), to other causes including concussions and cervicogenic (coming from the neck) dizziness. Treatments vary depending on dizziness type, from canalith repositioning maneuvers to attenuation exercises, and more.
